| TSH

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) is a pituitary hormone that stimulates the thyroid gland to produce thyroxine (T4), and then triiodothyronine (T3) which stimulates the metabolism of almost every tissue in the body. TSH is a glycoprotein and consists of two subunits, the alpha and the beta subunit. It is a glycoprotein hormone produced by thyrotrope cells in the anterior pituitary gland, which regulates the endocrine function of the thyroid.

| Recovery

The recovery of Mouse TSH spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity

Samples were spiked with high concentrations of Mouse TSH and diluted with Universal Diluent to produce samples with values within the range of the assay.
